Privacy

The controller is OCANOM LTD, company number 16963342, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Email office@ocanom.co.uk.

Contact form

The form asks for your name, email, an optional organisation, what you are building, an engagement type and a timeline. I use that to reply. A hidden field is there to catch automated submissions and is ignored when it is filled in.

The form opens a draft addressed to office@ocanom.co.uk in your own email app. The message is sent only if you send it from there. This site does not send or store the message.

I keep enquiry messages for as long as I need them to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. I do not publish a fixed number of months here.

Voice demo

The demo uses your microphone only after you start a conversation, and only for that session. This website does not store the recording. What the realtime service or the model provider retains is not stated on this page.

Hosting and analytics

The site is a set of static pages served by Firebase Hosting. If a cookieless analytics domain is configured, a script from that provider loads and records page views and a few events without a consent banner. If it is not configured, that script is absent.

Processors, when they are in use, are Google for hosting, the email provider behind office@ocanom.co.uk, and the analytics provider if one is configured. The voice demo also uses a realtime service to carry the audio.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your enquiry, a correction, or deletion, by emailing office@ocanom.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

No newsletter. No tracking pixels on the pages themselves.
