Ocanom – Delete account and data

In-app deletion (recommended)

Open Ocanom → Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your Ocanom account and associated data.

If you can't access the app

Email support@ocanom.co.uk from the email address of the account you want deleted, with subject "Delete my Ocanom account".

What we delete

• Account profile (email, user ID)
• Linked cameras/room configuration
• Event metadata and related records stored on our servers (if any)

What we may keep (limited)

• Security/fraud/abuse prevention logs (if applicable)

Retention period

Deletion is processed within 30 days. Any retained security logs are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted/anonymised.
