First deployment of the Ocanom voice concierge. An internal proof of the LiveKit and Gemini native-audio path, not a published case study.
This is the studio’s first deployment of the voice concierge. It is framed here as internal work: the place the pattern was run before it was offered as a client demo.
The shape is the same one a client demo uses. A browser joins a LiveKit room on the shared signal host. An agent name keeps that conversation apart from any other. The spoken model is Gemini native audio, running in the agent, not in this website.
There is no testimonial on this page, and no figure for calls taken, time saved, or revenue. Those numbers are not ours to invent. Brand assets from the deployment are not reproduced here either.
